ABOUT KATHY
With over 30 years experience as a professional painter, Kathy Latimer encourages others to "unleash their imagination". Starting her career by painting pictures for her home, friends, and family, her confidence quickly grew and realized she had a talent that she wanted to share with others.
As she began to reach out to the community to share her gift of painting, she realized that people were very receptive. Various community organizations began to contact her seeking her talents as an artist and her techniques. Some of the organizations included but not limited to the following - adult continuing education, teen mothers program, Y.M.C.A., senior citizens residence programs, local community center lessons & exhibits, and private and public lessons. |

MEDIUMS USED
Kathy has used a variety of mediums to create her art including acrylics, watercolor, charcoal, pencil, and oils. Of all the mediums used in her years of creating paintings, oil has been preferred.
